This is a two part course. The first part is self paced online, and the second part will be hands on. Once you have completed the online class, please email education@halifaxems.com to schedule your hands on portion. This can also be an inperson class with the hands on portion.
This course provides participants with a thorough understanding of wheelchair securement techniques, regulations, and best practices. Through a combination of theoretical learning and hands-on practical training, participants will gain the confidence and competence needed to effectively secure wheelchairs in various transportation settings.
